Weeks passed and Peter Kevin would keep his eyes open while searching the Ma. bin at work, for any prescriptions for Martucci. Until one very cold day, that he was putting prescriptions away, and he heard a small voice say "A bit cold". he turned around and instantly began blushing at the sight of Nicole. He told her, he was freezing because the air was broken. Peter Kevin then rang up Franks' meds and they were out the door. He knew, that she was the girl he needed to have, all he needed was time to talk to her one on one. So he asked one of his co-workers Maybel, what he should do, she told him no problem, whats her name, she typed her name into the computer and told him, "Heres the number just call the house and talk to her." (easier said then done) Peter had the phone number already put away in his wallet for weeks. Peter Kevin kept on contemplating on whether to call or not so he got a second opinion from Ricky. Ricky began to laugh and doubt the fact that he was going to call Nicole, so Peter Kevin wanted to prove to Ricky he would. After work Peter Kevin went home and called her house, nobody answered. So he gave it another try a couple of minutes later, and sure enough her mom answered the phone. He asked Nicoles mom if it was ok with her if he asked Nicole to the movies. She said sure but you have to ask her first so she passed on the phone. Nicole said sure that it sounded great. They would meet at 7:30 at Kendall Village. Both Peter Kevin and Nicole arrived early but neither knew where the other one was so they finally met in front of the movies and Peter Kevin chose the longest movie possible American Ganster. Peter Kevin would not stop talking throughout the entire movie, the movie then came to an end and he walked her to her car. He had one more question for her "Can I call you back?" She said, "Definitely." Peter Kevin felt as though he was on top of the world after she told him that. He knew that good things were to come in the future. |  |
